As a reminder, in France we use the following terms :
- Importing to mean goods coming from a third country, in other words from outside the EU.
- Introduction to mean goods coming from an EU country.
In Switzerland, importing means any goods coming from a third country (EU included).

Customs clearance operations always mean duty to be paid.
If you want to perform a customs clearance operation as a Swiss individual, you are unlikely to have a "customs account". Yet you need one for such an operation.
If you are a Swiss company and do not have a "customs account", we can help you.
If you are a French company, we will pay the duty and taxes for you to customs, before re-invoicing them to you.
As a customs-authorised consignee and consignor, we are authorised to represent you for tax and customs purposes.
We pay the taxes for which you are liable in our own name and re-invoice them to you. This way, there is no need for you to deal directly with the customs authorities or declare a customs account.
